Ethan Payne, 27, widely known as Behzinga, has built a remarkable career as a British YouTuber, gamer, and fitness enthusiast. With his infectious personality and passion for sharing his experiences, Ethan has built a dedicated following on his YouTube channel, where he initially gained recognition through playing FIFA and completing challenges with his YouTube group, the Sidemen. However, it is his inspiring weight loss journey and dedication to fitness and mental health that has truly made him a prominent figure in the industry.
A Transformational Journey:
In recent years, Ethan’s focus shifted towards his personal fitness and overall well-being. Through immense dedication, he achieved an astonishing weight loss of 36 kilograms (79 lb) between 2018 and 2019 and has continued to maintain a healthy weight.
However, with extreme weight loss often comes the challenge of excess skin, stretch marks, and stubborn pockets of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise alone. This left Ethan feeling incredibly self conscious and frustrated by the stark disconnect between his appearance and how strong and healthy he felt on the inside. This fuelled his desire to move on to the next stage of his transformation journey.
Aesthetic Transformation:
To address these concerns, Ethan sought the expertise of Lead Consultant Plastic Surgeon, Amir Nakhdjevani at Bella Vou in May 2023. Ethan underwent a Circumferential Tummy Tuck with Gynaecomastia Correction, aiming to remove excess skin, tighten abdominal muscles, and achieve a more defined appearance. This procedure has helped him further enhance his confidence and align his physical appearance with his inner self.

He listened to my worries, was completely honest about what I needed vs what I didn’t need. On surgery day I was a nervous wreck! In November 2023 I booked a full abdominoplasty and vaser lipo with Amir. I visited for my initial consult and knew straight away that i had found the right surgeon, Amir was compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Fast forward to the 18th of January and my surgery day, Amir was understanding of how nerve wracking surgery can be and i felt at ease from the moment I walked into the building. I was in theatre a lot longer than planned due to an umbilical hernia and extra muscle repair, Amir is a perfectionist and made sure all was well and to his high standards before finishing the surgery. I’ve had a minor umbilical complication which is unfortunately one of the risks associated with this procedure. But the aftercare I have received from Amir and his team has been second to none and I could not be happier with my results. I look forward to my umbilical correction in a few months.
