I am currently two weeks post-operative following a 360° Fleur-de-Lis body lift and external thigh lift, and I can honestly say that the care I have received from Bella Vou has been second to none. From my very first consultation, the entire experience has been outstanding. Having lost 11 stone and had 6kg of excess skin removed, choosing the right hospital and surgeon was incredibly important to me. The whole establishment at Bella Vou is exceptional — everything runs like clockwork, and every member of staff is warm, welcoming, and highly professional. I genuinely have only positive things to say. My patient coordinator, Victoria, has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire journey. She has been there for me at the drop of a hat, offering reassurance, guidance, and constant support. Without her, I honestly think I may have chickened out — her encouragement and kindness made all the difference. My first consultation with Mr Amir Nakhdjevani completely exceeded my expectations. I was blown away by his knowledge, professionalism, and reassuring manner. He is incredibly positive and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I had complete confidence that I was in the safest possible hands. Even at just two weeks post-op, I am already blown away by my results — they are far better than I could ever have imagined. Having done extensive research into plastic surgery and skin removal following massive weight loss, it became very clear how vital it is to be in the right hands. While going abroad can be tempting due to lower costs, the aftercare at Bella Vou is exceptional and truly sets them apart. The included lymphatic massages have been wonderful and have helped significantly with swelling, and the nursing team is always on hand to provide support and reassurance. I would 100% recommend Bella Vou and Mr Amir Nakhdjevani to anyone considering surgery. Despite the extent of the operation, my entire experience has been incredibly positive from start to finish. Five stars simply isn’t enough. Finally, a heartfelt thank you for the beautiful bouquet of flowers and the thoughtful goodie bag I received when leaving the hospital — such a lovely and personal touch.

I had been thinking about a tummy tuck for 11 years after having my daughter, but I was always hesitant. Reading reviews online, I felt scared and unsure the thought of surgery was daunting, and I didn’t know who to trust. Last year, after months of thorough research, I came across Amir Bella Vou. I spent a long time looking into his results, reading patient experiences, and analysing his work carefully. Once I met him in consultation, I immediately felt safe and confident in his approach. He is professional, honest, and direct he doesn’t waste time with fluff, and that honesty instantly reassured me. While I didn’t see him frequently during my journey, every interaction was clear, informative, and reassuring. The support team around him is exceptional. The nurses, the MLD massage therapist, and everyone else involved were attentive, caring, and truly made me feel comfortable throughout. A special mention goes to Kim, who was in the lounge area and after my surgery, offering me toast and drinks, chatting with me, and also helping my husband feel at ease which was so important, as it was a strange experience for him too. Her kindness and warmth made both of us feel safe and looked after. I’m only two weeks post-op, so I can’t see my final results yet, but so far, everything has gone incredibly smoothly. Recovery has been supported with such care and attention that I’ve felt genuinely looked after at every stage. I can honestly say that Amir Bella Vou and his entire team have made me feel safe, supported, and understood throughout this entire process. Their professionalism, skill, and empathy, along with the personal touches from team members have given me a confidence in this journey that I never thought possible. An incredible experience from start to finish. I’ve recommended Bella Vou to so many friends, and they’re all just as impressed with my results. The whole team is welcoming, caring, and attentive. The surgery itself was so calm and relaxed, it honestly felt like such a chilled experience, and I was put at ease every step of the way. Everything was explained clearly, so I always felt informed and reassured. The aftercare is the best I’ve ever come across. The support, kindness, and consideration (especially as a mum) meant so much. I even brought my daughter to a few appointments, and they welcomed her with open arms. Such a lovely team. Having my tummy tuck and Lipo 360 has given me a level of confidence I never thought I’d get back after having three children and three C-sections. I have had an excellent experience with Bella Vou and would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering surgery. I recently underwent an abdominoplasty and hernia repair with Mr Dr Amir Nakhdjevani. Whilst I didn’t have excessive amounts of loose skin, I had post-pregnancy wrinkling above my belly button, stretch marks, and diastasis (abdominal separation), which meant my abs never really reflected the effort I put in at the gym. I first chose Bella Vou after seeing Dr Amir featured on ITV’s Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection and was immediately struck by his warm yet professional manner. Alongside this, Bella Vou’s complimentary consultation service and complete lack of pressure really appealed to me. It genuinely felt as though they put the client first, which isn’t always a given. The clinic itself feels more like a five-star hotel than a medical facility — elegant, spotless, calm and welcoming. Every member of staff strikes the perfect balance between friendly and professional. Dr Amir is clearly exceptional at what he does; he communicates with expertise and honesty, manages expectations clearly, and makes you feel completely safe and confident in his hands. The surgery itself lasted around 2.5 hours. The overnight care was also fantastic — the night staff were incredible, I was able to order complimentary Deliveroo, watch Netflix, and my husband was able to stay with me for most of the evening, which made a huge difference. I also received a beautiful bouquet of flowers once I arrived home – such a thoughtful touch. Recovery-wise, I think it’s important to be honest for anyone considering this surgery: the first week is tough. I would strongly recommend having family or friends around to help with moving around, meals and keeping on top of medication. Between the anaesthetic and pain relief, I felt mainly drowsy, swollen and nauseous during that first week. However, the clinic were incredibly reassuring throughout and always available to answer questions, which helped enormously. The second week was significantly better. I was still walking slightly hunched over but was moving around the house much more confidently. Sleep improved and I became more comfortable wearing the compression garment. By the end of week two, I felt physically and mentally much brighter. I’m now at the beginning of week three and the difference compared to two weeks ago is incredible. My posture is almost completely back to normal, and whilst I still need to rest in the afternoons, I look and feel like myself again. One thing I would strongly recommend is taking a full two weeks off work if at all possible. I had optimistically scheduled a couple of work calls during week two and ended up needing to cancel them because my concentration still wasn’t fully there. In hindsight, I should have completely blocked out those two weeks from the start. Overall, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and feel very grateful to the entire Bella Vou team.
