After having multiple facial surgeries (brow lift, cheek lift, and neck lift) with Hagen Schumacher at Bella Vou, and being very happy with the results, I decided to go ahead with a rhinoplasty. Of all the procedures I’d had, this was the one I was most concerned about, as the nose is such a central part of the face. I didn’t want a trendy or unnatural look, just my own nose, slightly reworked to suit the rest of my features. I discussed this with Hagen and showed him a few reference photos of how I hoped it could look. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I’m currently eight weeks post-op, and although there is still some swelling, the shape is already exactly what I wanted. My nose still looks like mine, just more balanced and refined. My neck lift was also exceptional, and my jaw and chin area are significantly improved. Hagen’s qualifications speak for themselves, but what makes his work stand out is his eye for detail and proportion. He always takes a conservative approach, and absolutely nothing on my face looks overdone or unnatural. He also guarantees his work and addresses any concerns or revisions without question. This, in my view, is incredibly important, as results aren’t always exactly as hoped the first time, and despite best efforts, revisions are sometimes necessary. I also want to thank the wider team at Bella Vou. Julia Ramos, my patient coordinator, has been excellent throughout. Any questions or issues were handled straight away. I developed a mild skin infection and sent photos to Hagen, who immediately issued a prescription. Julia then arranged for it to be sent to my local pharmacy. Hagen and Julia work seamlessly together. The rest of the staff are also fantastic, from reception to theatre staff, and also the wonderful Nikki, who carries out the post-op MLD. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hagen or Bella Vou. Hagen’s work is outstanding, and the experience at Bella Vou has been second to none. My sincerest thanks to you all.

Hagen has been very informative about the Rhinoplasty procedure and he as well as all the staff at Bella Vou have been extremely kind and supportive throughout my experience. They go all out to ensure I am as comfortable as possible and even sent me home with a goody bag after my surgery. My surgery went extremely well. Usually after anaesthesia, I feel awful and groggy but after this op, I felt amazing. I’m not sure what they are doing differently to the NHS but it was a much better experience than I’ve ever had before. The follow ups have been highly informative and relaxing. They have called to check in a couple times and even sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers whilst I was recovering. I could not fault this clinic and would recommend to anyone looking to have treatment!

I was lucky to have Victoria as my Personal Coordinator but along the way i have spent a lot of time with, Oliver, Nikki, Julia Gabriella, and last but not least Noula. They are the most loveliest people ever and have put my mind at ease from start to finish! Hagen has answered every single question i have asked, morning or night and has just been amazing. Post surgery I was able to WhatsApp him with any other queries, which helped a lot during those first few days. Bella vou itself is an amazing clinic and one that I would recommend to everyone. Their post operative care is unmatched: being able to get in touch with my surgeon, the medical team or a member of staff with any queries at any time of day has really enhanced my recovery experience. Hagan,… anaesthesiologists Ali and Jason were kind, caring, attentive and always professional. I have a lot of very serious allergies, but nothing was too much trouble. The entire clinic and staff was free of anything that could cause me to have an allergic reaction, which instantly put my mind at ease. The clinic itself is a beautiful, calm and warm environment. Everything comes together as a brilliant package. And as for the results of my surgery – I could not be happier. We had around 4 consultations and after the second, I was pretty sure that I wanted to go ahead with this. I was made to feel supported and comforted throughout the process. Mr Schumacher was very honest as we discussed my goals and expectations, always being realistic and advising me not to rush with my decision. I didn’t once feel rushed or pressurised into a decision and Mr Schumacher was very patient and understood my long term goals. On the day of my surgery, Mr Schumacher came to see me and reassured me before my surgery. I felt completely safe in his hands and had the full support of my family throughout this. Mr Schumacher had pre warned me of how I may or may not look after immediate surgery… After 2 weeks, I went to see Mr Schumacher to have my cast removed from my nose. Although I was swollen I couldn’t believe that I had hardly any bruising and pain. I can only say that due to the care, professionalism and understanding of this great surgeon; I have now achieved the look I wanted. Although I am aware this is just the start of my journey, It’s brilliant to see great results this early on. I can only say a massive thank you once again to Mr Hagen Schumacher who is a real credit to his profession and I will always be very grateful.
