I had a tummy tuck procedure with Dr Amir and I can not rave enough about how amazing my experience has been. He listened to my worries, was completely honest about what I needed vs what I didn’t need. On surgery day I was a nervous wreck! But from the moment the chauffeur came to pick me up to the moment I was taken into theatre everyone made every effort to make me feel at ease. I cannot stress how amazing every single member of staff is at Bella Vou. Once I had woken up from theatre my amazing nurse was by my side holding my hand. Amir came in also to confirm that surgery went great and that I did so well (all I did was sleep!) I felt so loved and cared for that it made me emotional. I was shown my results the day after and of course I cried because I didn’t expect it to look that good. After care has felt so luxurious, from the checkin calls, flowers being sent and the amazing follow up appointments have felt like world class service. There is nothing I could fault Bella Vou on. Everything has been exceptional and I wish everyone getting survey gets to experience this kind of service. Thank you Amir and Bella Vou team. You guys have changed my life.

I’ve seen Dr. Holmes at Bella Vou for Anti-Wrinkle Injections and tear trough filler. My experience couldn’t be more positive. I’ve previously had Anti-Wrinkle Injections and filler (though not tear trough filler) at another clinic near my home but wasn’t fully satisfied for reasons that I’ll come to. I then had surgery at Bella Vou last year and was so impressed with… well, everything… that I thought I’d try getting my aesthetic treatments done there, too… Tear trough filler was something I was nervous about from a pain perspective, but Dr Holmes used a cannula, and I barely even felt it. In contrast, my previous injector used a syringe for filler and I think this contributed to the discomfort and bruising. Most importantly, the results look fantastic. Very natural, but refreshed. Bella Vou is a 2 hour train or car journey for me, but I’m more than happy to do 4 hours of travel to receive such superior treatment. I can’t recommend Dr Holmes and Bella Vou enough.

I’m extremely happy with my results, everything’s healing well and at 6 weeks post-op, things are already mostly back to normal. I attended quite a few appointments with Hagen before committing to my surgery, as although I had wanted to have Rhinoplasty for the many years I was anxious about the actual procedure. Hagen explained everything in a methodical way, answering all of my questions and concerns re pre and post surgery clearly and honestly. … I am three weeks post op and I am happy so far with how everything is looking obviously with the swelling but I can tell that the final results should be just as I wanted. The Bella Vou facilities are lovely very relaxing spa vibes and very clean. The anaesthetist was so lovely and the aftercare staff have been so reassuring caring and attentive, especially Gabriella and Agatha. You are supplied with everything you need for aftercare which is so helpful as the last thing you want to be doing is filling prescriptions. My Lymphatic massage with Nikki was great it really helped my early recovery I look forward to my next one! The Chauffeur service was a lovely touch and made arriving such a breeze the driver was lovely and this helped make me feel calm making sure I was booked in on arrival etc… Bella Vou’s location is brilliant with parking directly behind lovely shops and restaurants opposite when being collected after surgery your family member can park right outside so that you do not have far to walk or you can use the chauffeur service. I look forward to attending the rest of my recovery care!

I decided to have a concept face lift and neck lift with Amir after doing a lot of research into facial surgeons. The staff are amazing and my patient coordinator Julia has been available and with me every step of the way nothing is too much for her. Rado my surgeon is amazing and put me at ease as soon as we met and was honest about my results and advice from the beginning. We have laughed through the process and again nothing is too much or no question is too silly and he will answer you. I’ve read lots of reviews about Jason the nurse and I was lucky to have him as my dedicated nurse the day of surgery. He has such a lovely bedside manner and is so caring and attentive towards his patients he made my first few hours after surgery easy. The aftercare at Bella Vou is amazing and you’re sent away with peace of mind that someone is there for you 24/7 lots of medication and I was left comfortable. With my research, I thought I would have more downtime than I actually have. All the other staff I’ve come across are also lovely however can’t name them. My scar is amazing and neat. If you are thinking of surgery I would highly recommend Bella Vou.

Bella Vou Cosmetic Clinic in Tunbridge Wells is Excellent!… Ann, the lovely receptionist greets you and the reception area is calm and the interior fashionable. You are then shown up to the first floor reception, which again is designed with impeccable taste, where a Patient Experience Lead will offer you a soft beverage and magazine. Your appointed liaison person then greets you (in my case, the wonderful Julia) and takes you to see your consultant (Dr Rado). Dr Rado’s knowledge and explanation of the procedure was brilliant and Julia was able to find an appointment for me. All health care information was sent electronically (seamless) and the procedure booked in. On the day, naturally, I was very nervous but again, Dr Rado and his nurse (who kindly held my hand at points which soothed my nerves) but the procedure was completed excellently. All aftercare instructions and products were given to me and after 1 week, I returned to have the stitches out. Again, the same level of super care was given to me… Everything is so well thought of here. What can I say except that I am over the moon and all of my expectations were met and then exceeded. I chose Amir as my surgeon because, on our first meeting, he answered all my questions and was able to dissuade me from my previously held ideas about my breast surgery whilst convincing me of a better route to take… I had a total of 3 consultations with Amir before my operation as well as a phone call with the nurse to discuss my medical history, what to expect for the procedure on the day plus to answer any questions I may have had. It has now been three weeks since I had the procedure and my recovery is progressing well. Initially, I experienced quite a lot of pain for the first few days, especially around the ears but gradually this improved, so much so that a week later it almost totally disappeared when I was seen for my check-up. I have a very active lifestyle and was back playing tennis, dancing, and doing Zumba just over two weeks later. There is still a tightness around my ears and a little bit of overall swelling but this is only noticeable to me. Within a week I was out and about, shopping and bumping into people who did not notice the swelling at all. I have grown my hair so that it hangs around my ears and the scars are unseen. I feel well and confident and no longer have the jowls and lines that I had before. Because the procedure was carried out under a local anaesthetic, the downtime was very short, and the scarring and bruising are barely visible. The staff at Bella Vou are extremely supportive and friendly and Dr Amir Nakhdjevani completely allayed any fears I had before, during, and after the procedure. He talked throughout the procedure explaining as he went and the time went quite quickly. He is a total professional and I am very pleased with the outcome.

He listened to my worries, was completely honest about what I needed vs what I didn’t need. On surgery day I was a nervous wreck! I’ve seen Dr. Holmes at Bella Vou for Anti-Wrinkle Injections and tear trough filler. My experience couldn’t be more positive. I’ve previously had Anti-Wrinkle Injections and filler (though not tear trough filler) at another clinic near my home but wasn’t fully satisfied for reasons that I’ll come to. I then had surgery at Bella Vou last year and was so impressed with… well, everything… that I thought I’d try getting my aesthetic treatments done there, too… Tear trough filler was something I was nervous about from a pain perspective, but Dr Holmes used a cannula, and I barely even felt it. In contrast, my previous injector used a syringe for filler and I think this contributed to the discomfort and bruising. Most importantly, the results look fantastic. Very natural, but refreshed. Bella Vou is a 2 hour train or car journey for me, but I’m more than happy to do 4 hours of travel to receive such superior treatment. I can’t recommend Dr Holmes and Bella Vou enough.

The Bella Vou facilities are lovely very relaxing spa vibes and very clean. The staff are amazing and my patient coordinator Julia has been available and with me every step of the way nothing is too much for her. Rado my surgeon is amazing and put me at ease as soon as we met and was honest about my results and advice from the beginning. We have laughed through the process and again nothing is too much or no question is too silly and he will answer you. I’ve read lots of reviews about Jason the nurse and I was lucky to have him as my dedicated nurse the day of surgery. He has such a lovely bedside manner and is so caring and attentive towards his patients he made my first few hours after surgery easy. The aftercare at Bella Vou is amazing and you’re sent away with peace of mind that someone is there for you 24/7 lots of medication and I was left comfortable. With my research, I thought I would have more downtime than I actually have. All the other staff I’ve come across are also lovely however can’t name them. My scar is amazing and neat. Bella Vou Cosmetic Clinic in Tunbridge Wells is Excellent!… Ann, the lovely receptionist greets you and the reception area is calm and the interior fashionable. You are then shown up to the first floor reception, which again is designed with impeccable taste, where a Patient Experience Lead will offer you a soft beverage and magazine. Your appointed liaison person then greets you (in my case, the wonderful Julia) and takes you to see your consultant (Dr Rado). Dr Rado’s knowledge and explanation of the procedure was brilliant and Julia was able to find an appointment for me. All health care information was sent electronically (seamless) and the procedure booked in. On the day, naturally, I was very nervous but again, Dr Rado and his nurse (who kindly held my hand at points which soothed my nerves) but the procedure was completed excellently. All aftercare instructions and products were given to me and after 1 week, I returned to have the stitches out. Again, the same level of super care was given to me… Everything is so well thought of here. What can I say except that I am over the moon and all of my expectations were met and then exceeded. I chose Amir as my surgeon because, on our first meeting, he answered all my questions and was able to dissuade me from my previously held ideas about my breast surgery whilst convincing me of a better route to take… I had a total of 3 consultations with Amir before my operation as well as a phone call with the nurse to discuss my medical history, what to expect for the procedure on the day plus to answer any questions I may have had. As a young women who has never undergone any type of cosmetic procedure before I was extremely nervous. However I really wanted this procedure and from the moment I met with the team at Bella Vou I knew that I had found the right place to progress my surgery. It has now been three weeks since I had the procedure and my recovery is progressing well. Initially, I experienced quite a lot of pain for the first few days, especially around the ears but gradually this improved, so much so that a week later it almost totally disappeared when I was seen for my check-up. I have a very active lifestyle and was back playing tennis, dancing, and doing Zumba just over two weeks later. There is still a tightness around my ears and a little bit of overall swelling but this is only noticeable to me. Within a week I was out and about, shopping and bumping into people who did not notice the swelling at all. I have grown my hair so that it hangs around my ears and the scars are unseen. I feel well and confident and no longer have the jowls and lines that I had before. Because the procedure was carried out under a local anaesthetic, the downtime was very short, and the scarring and bruising are barely visible. The staff at Bella Vou are extremely supportive and friendly and Dr Amir Nakhdjevani completely allayed any fears I had before, during, and after the procedure. He talked throughout the procedure explaining as he went and the time went quite quickly. He is a total professional and I am very pleased with the outcome.
