How many treatments will be required?

One treatment is probably not going to sort out the problem. With laser treatments, 10-12 treatments may be the minimum required and it usually is far more. You will not be able to have the laser treatment in quick succession and will require time in between treatments. This is also the case for serial excisions. Skin grafts maybe the quicker option but scarring may be more of an issue.
