Phoebe is Bella Vou’s Patient Experience Supervisor. She ensures that patients visiting the clinic have a five-star experience. She offers a warm welcome, provides refreshments and supports patients before and after their consultation.
Phoebe has quickly become renowned for her fabulous taste in scented candles and creating a spa-like atmosphere within the clinic walls. Outside of work, she swaps the eucalyptus for coconut and sunscreen as she’s a stickler for a good beach holiday. She also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
Bella Vou changes peoples lives and I love knowing I’m a part of that. There’s nothing better than getting to know our patients' stories and seeing their confidence grow every time they enter the clinic.
The patients that I meet experience a range of different emotions, both pre and post surgery. It is my goal to create a calm and comforting environment to help them feel at ease and looked-after throughout the entire treatment or surgical journey.

Working in a client-facing capacity since the age of 15, Phoebe has built a career around excellent communication, ability to build rapport and customer experience management - all abilities that she brings to her work at Bella Vou.
Before joining Bella Vou, Phoebe worked at a high-performing hair salon as a fully qualified hairdresser where she learned to work under extreme pressure. As well as maintaining client relationships and a very busy schedule, she was lucky enough to be invited to work at London Fashion Week on multiple occasions.

I had a tummy tuck procedure with Dr Amir and I can not rave enough about how amazing my experience has been. He listened to my worries, was completely honest about what I needed vs what I didn’t need. On surgery day I was a nervous wreck! But from the moment the chauffeur came to pick me up to the moment I was taken into theatre everyone made every effort to make me feel at ease. I cannot stress how amazing every single member of staff is at Bella Vou. Once I had woken up from theatre my amazing nurse was by my side holding my hand. Amir came in also to confirm that surgery went great and that I did so well (all I did was sleep!) I felt so loved and cared for that it made me emotional. I was shown my results the day after and of course I cried because I didn’t expect it to look that good. After care has felt so luxurious, from the checkin calls, flowers being sent and the amazing follow up appointments have felt like world class service. There is nothing I could fault Bella Vou on. I just had an amazing experience at Bella Vou – it’s a 5-star clinic located in the charming area of the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the receptionists who couldn’t do enough for me. The clinic itself is beautifully decorated with elegant touches, and it exudes sophistication. I was there to see surgeon Amir Nakhdjevani, whom I discovered on TikTok. I knew I wanted him to do my mummy makeover, as I had read so many wonderful reviews about him. I had an upper blepharoplasty with Amir as my eyelid skin was affecting my vision and make my eyes look very heavy. The procedure from consultation to post surgery was fantastic. The surgery was completely painless. Amir talked me through every step and I had confidence that I was in great hands. after pregnancy I had a lot of loose skin and separated muscles and didn’t feel comfortable anymore so after looking at many surgeons I found Amir and was amazed at his work with Mummy makeovers and after lots of different research I took the plunge and booked a consultation I was very nervous about having surgery as I haven’t had anything done before, then from the first consultation I knew he was the one I had to book with. In November 2023 I booked a full abdominoplasty and vaser lipo with Amir. I visited for my initial consult and knew straight away that i had found the right surgeon, Amir was compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Fast forward to the 18th of January and my surgery day, Amir was understanding of how nerve wracking surgery can be and i felt at ease from the moment I walked into the building. I was in theatre a lot longer than planned due to an umbilical hernia and extra muscle repair, Amir is a perfectionist and made sure all was well and to his high standards before finishing the surgery. I’ve had a minor umbilical complication which is unfortunately one of the risks associated with this procedure. But the aftercare I have received from Amir and his team has been second to none and I could not be happier with my results. I look forward to my umbilical correction in a few months. I really cannot thank Amir enough and would recommend him to anyone looking for a cosmetic surgeon.

Dr Sadr is an incredibly approachable doctor. His attention to detail is excellent and he explained everything very clearly. He listens to any concerns and wants the absolute best result for his patients. The clinic is absolutely beautiful and it felt like a hotel stay rather than a hospital! The nurses and staff were so friendly and helpful. It really does seem like they all enjoy working there and the atmosphere is very positive. The road to recovery is long with a tummy tuck but I have recovered very well and have benefitted from regular check ups and assurance the whole way. I am really happy with my results. I can wear clothes I couldn’t before, and for the first time in 15 years I might just wear a bikini this summer! Would I go back to Bella Vou? Yes definitely. I would recommend to anyone.
