Step 3. Preparation for Weight-loss Neck Lift Surgery
You’ll be given personalised pre-operative advice to reduce your chance of bleeding or infection and support your healthy recovery.
It’s important to let your surgeon know if you’re on any medications. You may be asked to stop taking aspirin or anti-inflammatories as these can increase the risk of bruising. It’s very important to stop smoking cigarettes and vapes before and after surgery because they can disrupt the healing process!

Your neck lift will be performed under local anaesthetic or general anaesthetic as a day-case procedure, meaning you’ll go home the same day.
