Oliver is responsible for ensuring that the Patient Concierge and Patent Coordinator teams at Bella Vou are supported and motivated to provide the best standard of customer service and patient care. From the initial enquiry stage, through to consultation, surgery and aftercare, Oliver’s team are dedicated to guiding patients through the entire surgical journey.
Growing up in Wales, Oliver has a natural love for rugby and was even lucky enough to captain his county and city clubs. He is also dad to three young children. They are an on-the-go family who love camping, hiking and any excuse to explore the great outdoors.
As a salesperson, I enjoy speaking to people. Building rapport and nurturing relationships with patients will always be my favourite part of the job. I love that I am surrounded by people who share my passion for providing the greatest experience possible.

I had a tummy tuck procedure with Dr Amir and I can not rave enough about how amazing my experience has been. He listened to my worries, was completely honest about what I needed vs what I didn’t need. On surgery day I was a nervous wreck! But from the moment the chauffeur came to pick me up to the moment I was taken into theatre everyone made every effort to make me feel at ease. I cannot stress how amazing every single member of staff is at Bella Vou. Once I had woken up from theatre my amazing nurse was by my side holding my hand. Amir came in also to confirm that surgery went great and that I did so well (all I did was sleep!) I felt so loved and cared for that it made me emotional. I was shown my results the day after and of course I cried because I didn’t expect it to look that good. In November 2023 I booked a full abdominoplasty and vaser lipo with Amir. I visited for my initial consult and knew straight away that i had found the right surgeon, Amir was compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Fast forward to the 18th of January and my surgery day, Amir was understanding of how nerve wracking surgery can be and i felt at ease from the moment I walked into the building. I was in theatre a lot longer than planned due to an umbilical hernia and extra muscle repair, Amir is a perfectionist and made sure all was well and to his high standards before finishing the surgery. I’ve had a minor umbilical complication which is unfortunately one of the risks associated with this procedure. But the aftercare I have received from Amir and his team has been second to none and I could not be happier with my results. I look forward to my umbilical correction in a few months. I really cannot thank Amir enough and would recommend him to anyone looking for a cosmetic surgeon.
