Jemima works alongside Operations Director, Josie, as our Operations Administrator. Jemima provides administrative support to both the Bella Vou team and all new and existing clients. Ensuring the departmental operations are running smoothly in addition to supporting clients throughout the patient journey, Jemima does it all.
Outside of work, Jemima is highly family-centred and enjoys spending every minute with her husband, puppy and parents. She is proud to have completed a skydive for charity in July 2022 and continues to push herself throughout the year when it comes to her health and fitness. As well as holding down the fort at Bella Vou, Monday-Friday, Jemima runs her own successful event-hire business on the weekends.
Bella Vou is very different to anywhere I have ever worked. No two days are the same and I learn something new everyday. I feel privileged that I get to see, first hand, how our patient’s confidence grows each time they walk through the studio doors. My favourite part of the role is helping our patients, aiding them through the Bella Vou process.
Clinical profile
Jemima graduated from The University of Creative Arts Rochester in 2018 with a BA (Hons) Degree in Fashion Photography. Since starting her degree, she has worked alongside Hermes, popular reality TV stars and a number of notable local fashion designers. Before joining Bella Vou, Jemima was responsible for documenting antique and collectable items for a local Auction House where she honed in on her administrative, operational and customer-service skills.
Jemima brings with her immaculate attention to detail, meticulous organisational skills, world-class customer service and a very big personality to Bella Vou. She provides expertise in managing resources, enhancing workflow processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Proficient in streamlining day-to-day operations and fostering cross-functional collaboration, Jemima possesses strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams.

I had a tummy tuck procedure with Dr Amir and I can not rave enough about how amazing my experience has been. He listened to my worries, was completely honest about what I needed vs what I didn’t need. On surgery day I was a nervous wreck! But from the moment the chauffeur came to pick me up to the moment I was taken into theatre everyone made every effort to make me feel at ease. I cannot stress how amazing every single member of staff is at Bella Vou. Once I had woken up from theatre my amazing nurse was by my side holding my hand. Amir came in also to confirm that surgery went great and that I did so well (all I did was sleep!) I felt so loved and cared for that it made me emotional. I was shown my results the day after and of course I cried because I didn’t expect it to look that good. After care has felt so luxurious, from the checkin calls, flowers being sent and the amazing follow up appointments have felt like world class service. There is nothing I could fault Bella Vou on. I just had an amazing experience at Bella Vou – it’s a 5-star clinic located in the charming area of the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the receptionists who couldn’t do enough for me. The clinic itself is beautifully decorated with elegant touches, and it exudes sophistication. I was there to see surgeon Amir Nakhdjevani, whom I discovered on TikTok. I had an upper blepharoplasty with Amir as my eyelid skin was affecting my vision and make my eyes look very heavy. The procedure from consultation to post surgery was fantastic. The surgery was completely painless. Amir talked me through every step and I had confidence that I was in great hands. In November 2023 I booked a full abdominoplasty and vaser lipo with Amir. I visited for my initial consult and knew straight away that i had found the right surgeon, Amir was compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Fast forward to the 18th of January and my surgery day, Amir was understanding of how nerve wracking surgery can be and i felt at ease from the moment I walked into the building. I was in theatre a lot longer than planned due to an umbilical hernia and extra muscle repair, Amir is a perfectionist and made sure all was well and to his high standards before finishing the surgery. I’ve had a minor umbilical complication which is unfortunately one of the risks associated with this procedure. But the aftercare I have received from Amir and his team has been second to none and I could not be happier with my results. I look forward to my umbilical correction in a few months. I really cannot thank Amir enough and would recommend him to anyone looking for a cosmetic surgeon.

Dr Sadr is an incredibly approachable doctor. His attention to detail is excellent and he explained everything very clearly. He listens to any concerns and wants the absolute best result for his patients. The clinic is absolutely beautiful and it felt like a hotel stay rather than a hospital! The nurses and staff were so friendly and helpful. It really does seem like they all enjoy working there and the atmosphere is very positive. The road to recovery is long with a tummy tuck but I have recovered very well and have benefitted from regular check ups and assurance the whole way. I am really happy with my results. I can wear clothes I couldn’t before, and for the first time in 15 years I might just wear a bikini this summer! Would I go back to Bella Vou? Yes definitely. I would recommend to anyone.
