As a Learning Disability Champion, Charlotte has worked to make health information more understandable for people with dementia and disabilities. She’s also started teaching herself British Sign Language.
When she is not at work Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family. She loves nothing more than being able to read her little one a story and tuck them into bed.
I have a caring nature and am able to always remain calm in a situation. I love supporting the patients at Bella Vou and watching them move through their patient journey. I am a team player, so enjoy working with the great staff and learning from them.

Charlotte is Bella Vou’s Health Care Assistant. She supports the consultant cosmetic surgeons, doctor and nurses, and provides care throughout each patient’s journey.
Charlotte has worked in healthcare in the NHS for more than ten years, having previously gained an NVQ in Health and Social Care. She has worked in care homes, a mental health unit and before joining Bella Vou was an Associate Practitioner in the Accident and Emergency Department at Medway Maritime Hospital. Charlotte learned to respond calmly and efficiently in emergencies and provide a friendly and reassuring presence for patients. She brings her excellent practical, clinical and communication skills to her new role at Bella Vou.
