Amanda

Patient Coordinator and Clinic Administrator

Amanda’s first job was working for Harrods. She was on their management training scheme and used to shop for Princess Diana. She used to get a call about Diana’s requirements, then would pick up perfumery, cosmetics and other bits and bobs for her and send them over to the palace.

When not at work Amanda is never happier than when she’s got the door open cooking for the family- it’s the Jewish-Greek-Irish in her. She’s also a ceramicist, throwing pots to unwind:

‘There’s nothing like getting down and dirty with a wheel. You have to put all of your mental and physical energy into this lump of clay, it’s like therapy.’

It’s important to treat people as you would want to be treated yourself. I think that’s my mantra. Putting yourself in someone else’s situation is vital, you can’t be judgemental.

I just hope that I make each patient’s journey, and their communication with us one that I would want to receive myself.

Clinical profile

Amanda is Bella Vou’s Clinic Administrator and Patient Co-ordinator. She ensures the smooth running of the clinic and the highest levels of communication and care throughout each patient’s journey.

Amanda joined Bella Vou with a wealth of knowledge gained from working in the world of women’s magazines. She was head of beauty for Marie Claire and the executive fashion and beauty manager for Woman and Home. Amanda worked closely with the world’s top beauty and cosmetic brands, developing skills in building client relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Amanda has a passion for modern beauty and giving each person the opportunity to look their ‘best self.’ Amanda is skilled at listening to patients, understanding their wants and desires and helping them achieve their goals.
