The treatment for forehead lines is designed to be as comfortable as possible. A topical anaesthetic ensures any discomfort is minimal. Most clients report only a slight pinching sensation during the injections.
Generally, the results of forehead line treatments like Botox® can last between 3 to 6 months. Individual results may vary, and maintenance treatments will preserve the aesthetic effect.
Yes, the treatment requires no downtime. You may experience some redness or mild swelling, but this typically subsides quickly, and you should be able to return to your normal activities immediately.
Avoid lying down for 4 hours after the procedure and refrain from vigorous physical activity for the remainder of the day. It’s also recommended to avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours.
While there is no strict prohibition against sun exposure, we recommend always protecting your skin with a high SPF sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure can deteriorate the results and hasten the return of lines.
Individuals with certain neurological disorders, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those with known hypersensitivity to any ingredients in the injectable should not undergo this treatment. Always disclose your medical history to your practitioner during the consultation.
