Where is the scar?

If the skin is removed from underneath the nose, then the resultant scar is placed is hidden in the crease between the nose and the junction of the skin above the upper lip. This is otherwise known as the bull-horn indirect lip lift. If the incision is placed along the lip margin, this is called the gull-wing lift.
