What does the aftercare include?

You will be required to wear a compression garment for 1 to 4 weeks and or in cases a 4D vest. You will be given painkillers to take for the first few days. MLD massage is a vital part in minimising swelling and getting rid of excess fluid of which depending on the area/s treated you will need anything from 3 to 7 sessions this will be discussed during your consultation and confirmation of surgery.
