VASER Lipo can cause some skin tightening. However skin quality in each individual patient can vary and in those with poor skin quality or excess laxity additional skin excision may be required. With VASER Lipo the skin excision is far less than it would be with traditional liposuction due to the skin tightening that occurs with the radio frequency.
