My labia majora feels like it has lost volume and tone, can you do anything about this?

The labia majora can lose tone and volume with age, pregnancy and secondary to hormonal changes. This can sometimes be referred to as a sagging vulva. You need to assess whether the problem is too much skin and/or too little volume.

If you have volume loss, this can be replaced with either an injection of some fat (permanent) or filler (non-permanent). If there is too much skin, then a labia majoraplasty can be considered. This means removing the extra skin with surgery. If there is a moderate amount of redundant skin, then non-surgical laser treatments can help tighten the skin. A visible change is seen straight away.
