Do I need both a central and corner lip lift?

It depends on the shape of your mouth and what bothers you. If you have a thin upper lip and the cupids bow is quite flattened, then a central lip lift (either with the sea-gull or bull-horn scar) will be necessary. If the corners of your lips are thin and downturned, then a corner lip lift will also be required.
