How long will I need to wear my compression garment?

Following your procedure you will have to wear compression garments on the area of the body that has been treated. The standard length of time for wearing the compression garments is usually anything between one to four weeks. Compression garments are required after the liposuction treatment to aid the healing process and maximise the results of the treatment. The compression garments can help to hold the skin against the muscles to ensure it re-adheres properly, while it also helps prevent fluid from forming between the skin and the muscles.
