How does non-invasive vaginal rejuvenation work?

The CO2 laser heats up the tissues. This results in an increase in collagen formation which subsequently causes a thickening of the pelvic musculature and subsequent vaginal tightening.

There is also a subsequent increase in the overall sensation in this area following these treatments. The probe is inserted into the vagina up to the cervix. It is then slowly rotated 360 degrees and then withdrawn 1cm at a time until the entire vaginal area is treated.

If SUI is being treated as well, then a second pass is carried out, in a similar method but the area is concentrated to the 10 o’clock to 2 o’clock position.
