At Bella Vou, we understand that women's health needs are unique.

That's why we've created online educational webinars, simple solutions to help you feel your best during any stage of life. This webinar will focus on how we women can maintain our intimate health- ranging from managing common symptoms and being alert for abnormal symptoms...to maintaining our continence ...through to looking after our sexual health and sexual satisfaction...and ending with helping achieve balance with a natural approach, with a practical food preparation demonstration.

Gail is keen that women are empowered by knowledge around their health. We know that for both gynaecological and breast cancer, there's a much-improved chance of recovery if it's detected at an early stage. For this reason, it's vital that women are familiar with and monitor their bodies; and are aware of what symptoms and signs to be alert for and how to get them checked out.

Gail is a GP with a special interest and expertise in all areas of women's health. Gail will be discussing 'Myths, Misconceptions and Monitoring of your Gynae and Breast Health' She will guide us through what is normal/abnormal in the way of symptoms and what red flag symptoms to look out for.

Jenny Gillespie

Jenny is a women's health physiotherapy specialist and will discuss Urinary Incontinence and the role of the Pelvic Floor.

Jenny will cover the causes and symptoms of all types of incontinence including stress, urge and mixed incontinence and overactive bladder.

She will discuss the role of the pelvic floor muscles in maintaining continence, give tips and explain and how physiotherapy can help.

Sam has a professional background in nursing and is a features writer and sexual health and pleasure expert for Jo Divine. Sam will talk about looking after our sexual health, how to embrace intimacy and pleasure to allow us to maximise sexual enjoyment.

Sam works with many healthcare professionals in the NHS and private practice to help them advise their patients about regaining sexual function and enjoying sexual intimacy and pleasure through the use of suitable sex toys, dilators and pH balanced sexual lubricants. She has featured extensively in the media and more recently in “How To Have A Better Orgasm” on Channel 5 in February 2020.

Mig has been a relationship and couple trained counsellor for 28 years. She works for Relate and has her own Private practice locally. Mig will be ‘Talking about Sex’ - including how to deal with mis-matched libidos, loss of desire and how to open up intimacy and recapture libido.

In her practice, Mig sees clients with a whole variety of relationship issues including communication, sex, affairs, life stage changes, separation and loss. She also has a Diploma in Sexual Compulsivity and Addiction Counselling.

Helen has worked in the field of nutrition for 16 years during which time she has developed a wealth of skills and has an empathetic and realistic approach to nutrition. She has worked for 'Women's Nutritional Advisory Service', Boots Wellbeing centers, and is currently the Head of Nutrition at Glenville Nutrition since 2004. Helen is the resident 'foodie', passionate about the healing properties of food.

Helen’s specialist area is women's health; including optimising fertility and hormone imbalance.

Helen will be demonstrating how to create delicious meals and snacks that will help your body achieve balance naturally.
