How does Crisalix 3D simulation work

During the consultation, our surgeons will scan the patient’s body using a tablet computer with an attached 3D sensor from all angles. A few seconds later the patient will be looking at a 3D full body image of themselves that they can drag and spin around. Then, the surgeon can simulate the patient’s chosen surgical procedure or treatment in just 1 click, allowing them to preview exactly how their intended look will turn out! What’s even more, you can take home some prints of your 3D visualisations to show your friends and family, even get a second opinion! Best of all you can spend all the time you need deciding if this is the right thing for you.

Of course, this can be tailored to specific procedures and treatments, for example the surgeon will be able to showcase how different size and shape implants would look for breast augmentation, how we can re-shape and improve your look during Nose Correction surgery, or how different areas of a Concept™ Facelift will affect the patient’s look to what they desire. It’s amazingly flexible!

Of course the result of the actual surgery depends on several factors, but with Crisalix 3D simulation technology we can communicate far easier with our patients and be sure that we fully understand what they would like to accomplish and fully understood their wishes.

So what’s the whole point? Well, up until now the only way you could get an idea of how you would look is by picturing it inside your head, and looking at photographs of other people who have had the procedure.
