Cheek Implant Surgery seeks to build on the existing bone structure by placing a silicone implant over the top of the patient’s cheekbones. The surgeon will create small incisions inside the mouth, around 1 centimetre in length, and implants will be inserted on top of the cheek bone. The incisions are then repaired with sutures under the skin which dissolve within four months. The appropriate implant size will be advised to provide the most natural and balanced result.

The surgeon will make incisions above the first perimeter teeth, meaning that all scars will be hidden within the mouth.
